These terms apply to printoe.com and orders placed with Printoe. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Accounts & orders
You are responsible for account credentials and for the accuracy of shipping and artwork details. An order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel orders that we cannot produce, that fail payment, or that violate these terms.
Artwork
You confirm you have the right to use files you upload. Printoe is not liable for copyright claims arising from customer-supplied artwork. We may refuse work that is unlawful or that we reasonably believe infringes others’ rights.
Production & delivery
Turnaround estimates start after artwork is approved and payment is received. Shipping times depend on the carrier. Color, trim, and finish can vary slightly from screen previews; that is normal in print production.
Pricing
Prices shown at checkout include the options you selected. Taxes and shipping are added where applicable. We may correct obvious pricing errors before fulfilling an order.
Limitation of liability
Printoe’s liability for a fulfilled order is limited to replacement or refund of that order, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
